  2. Now take a pan and pour 1 cup milk, butter, sugar mix well and dissolve sugar.
  3. Now add coffee give a mix, then add vanilla essence and mix well. Now add sifted flour and cocoa mixture small batch and mix well.
  4. Once its mixed well then add next batch flour and cocoa mixture and add gradually 1/4 cup milk and mix full flour mixture.
  5. Cook it for 10-15 min., or until it can already hold a shape. Then transfer into 7" mould placed with butter paper or parchment paper. Flatten and smooth the surface.
  6. Now take a bowl to add chopped chocolate and pour hot whipped cream and mix well. Pour the ganache on our brownie and spread evenly.
  7. At last-place almond flakes one by one all over the brownie. Keep it in the fridge for 6-8 hours or over night.
  8. Now unmold and cut into your desired shapes and serve.
