  3. Drain and Blitz lentils till smooth, leave coarse if you like bits. Add chopped ingredients, corriander, tumeric, salt, and 2 tsp rice flour
  4. Use ice cream scoop to get even balls, fill half and pour into hot oil, turn 2-3 times cooking till golden brown (appx 4-6mins). Transfer to colander to cool and drain then to a bowl, this ensure fritters does not steam and go soggy and retains crispy on the outside. Serve with sweet chilli or ketchup dip
