  1. In a mixing bowl, add besan / Bengal gram flour, turmeric powder, chilli powder, Hing and salt and add water and mix. The bater should not be thick nor very liquid. It should be in a semi liquid thick consistency.
  2. Slice the banana in thin slices vertically or whatever shape you prefer but as thin slices
  3. In a frying pan, pour oil and wait until the oil is hot. Once oil is hot, dip the banana slices in bater and drop it gently into pan. Keep changing side until both sides is cooked and comes to a golden brown colour ! Serve it hot
  4. For coconut chutney add all ingredients under chutney in a mixie grinder and grind well with little water ! Chutney is ready. Serve it as dip for Bajji !
