  2. Prepare 2 yellow tofu or any firm tofu, cut into cubes

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and yoghurt. Stir in tofu, carrot, capsicum and spring onion. Blend the garlic, ginger, turmeric and chilli in a food processor. Break up the tofu into pieces and add.

  2. Then add in the water little by little until the batter becomes thick but still runny. Taste test.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan. Then take 1 tbsp of the batter. Do it until the pan is half full.
  4. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Do until everything is finished.
  6. Serve.
