Give it a good mix with the help of your hands. No need to add extra water to make batter. Check Salt if less add more. Onion Fritter batter is ready.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying Fritters. Add a drop of batter to check temperature of oil. Keep the gas on high flame start adding Pakoda dumplings. Now after a minute flip the Pakodas and fry for another half a minute now reduce the gas flame to low and let the Pakodas cook for another 4-5 mins. Once done take out it on Kitchen towel. Serve hot crunchy Onion Fritters with your favourite chutney, ketchup but my personal favourite pick is Ginger Tea so I opt for that.
