Turn the shrimp fritters over and fry until both sides are golden brown. Dish out with a strainer, draining excess oil by laying the shrimp fritters on a dish lined with paper towels. The mixture may seem a little dry, but the liquid from the corn and shrimp moistens the mixture even more after a few minutes. After fried put on tissue paper to remove extra oil.
  5. Enjoy shrimp fritters with hot rice and ghee or you can have simply with any sauce or alone. It is very delicious as outside is crispy and inside is soft and tasty biteful.
