  8. Take 1/2tbsp Coriander powder

Sprinkle the bengal gram flour, corn flour over the vegetable mixture. Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, mint leaves, fennel seeds, salt and mix well with your hands. The resultant mixture will be very thick like a dough. Coat the bottle gourd rounds with the batter and drop them gently in hot oil.

Steps to make Bottle Gourd Fritters:
  1. In a big bowl,add gram flour and rice flour together and mix it.Add chopped onion add all the spices and salt into the bowl,add1/4 cup of water to make a thick better.
  2. Bottle guard cut into the circle shaped.Pot in boil water the transfer cut bottle guard.
  3. Heat tha pan add oil and let the oil heat properly. Coat all the cut slices and put it, into the hot oil.Fry it on medium heat. Flip it to fry other side.
  4. Fry it till it turns golden brown from both sides.
  5. Serve it with chutney or ketchup.
