  2. Masala methi will release water. Now add jowar flour, mix well, you will need very little water, so add gradually lukewarm water to make semi hard dough, it shouldn't be very soft.
  3. Now make of any shapes of fritters. Here I made oval eye shape fritters. Make all on equal size.
  4. Take a frying pan, add oil to deep fry, turn on gas, make sure you should have to fry on low to medium flame.
  5. Meanwhile, take plate, spread sesame seeds in plate, apply a little water on one side of dough fritters, and coat with sesame seeds evenly.
  6. Now deep fry all fritters on low to medium gas, fry both sides in golden brown colour, make sure turn the sides very carefully, so sesame seeds remain stick on fritters.
