  1. Cut mangoes into cubes.The mangoes taken should not be over ripe or with more fibers.ie should be fleshy one.
  2. For batter,take maida,cornflour,salt,sugar,turmeric powder,cardamom powder in a bowl and mix well.Add water little by little to make a semi thick consistency which coats the mango pieces well.
  3. Then take each mango pieces dip in batter and drop in oil when the oil is hot.Then reduce the flame to medium and cook both sides till it becomes crispy.
  4. Serve hot.Dust fritters with powdered sugar if you like.
