  2. Heat cooking oil in a wok. Put potato slices in oil and deep fry till golden. Remove it in a plate.
  3. Coat fried potatoes in besan batter and deep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side also.
  4. Add chopped onion in in batter and put a spoon full of mixture in wok and fry onion Fritters.
  5. Serve hot with sauce.
