  1. Wash and peel raw bananas. Cut into thick round slices in bowl. Sprinkle garam masala,chat masala, salt, lemon juice. Mix well and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  2. In another mixing bowl add besan, chopped coriander leaves, green chillies ginger paste,salt. Mix well and add enough water to make smooth pakoras batter. Keep cover for 20 minutes.
  3. At the time of preparing fritters.. heat oil for frying on medium flame. Add & mix soda bi carb in besan batter. Dip few marinated raw banana pieces in besan batter. Drop them one by one in hot oil.
  4. Deep fry on medium flame till crispy golden brown. Similarly prepare all raw banana fritters.
  5. Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Crispy Raw Banana Fritters with corainder chutney.
