  1. Soak 1 cup of green gram over night in water and pressure cook the same with enough water. Dont let the green gram get over cooked(2 whistles in med to high flame would do).
  2. 1 Cup of jaggery to be melted with 1/2 cup of water.Strain the mix. Cook the Jaggery syrup again and add 3/4-1 cup of grated coconut and 2-3 crushed cardamom to the mix.As the grated coconut gets coated,Add the cooked green grams (devoid of water).Give it a good mix. Make round balls( If the batter is sticky and hard to - shape up, refrigerate for 1-2 hours before making, add some atta/ maida to it
  3. Dip the same in a batter(without any lumps) made of 1 cup Maida,2 tablespoons of Rava with enough water.Fry them in oil.
  4. Serve hot with lotsss of love
