  1. Put the milk mixed with sugar, a bit of cinemmon powder and 4-5 pieces of lemon’s skin in a pot.
  2. When the milk is boiling add quickly the rice.
  3. Move it slowly for 50 min. Keep moving it so it doesnt get burnt. When the sauce is thick and the rice is well boiled, put it in small bowls. Add cinemmon on the top for decoration.
  4. You can eat it cold or hot however you prefer :)

If you store it in the freezer, thaw it in the fridge overnight before eating or reheating. Some people like cold rice pudding, but you can easily warm up your leftovers on the stove if desired. The rice pudding will tend to separate a bit and not be as creamy after it thaws. If you like eating it cold, I recommend adding a little sweetened whipped cream to improve the texture a bit if you decide to freeze leftover rice pudding. Or you can reheat the thawed rice pudding on the stove a bit and stir to help it come back together.
