  1. Take 1 cup soaked Urad daal
  2. Take 1 pinch Hing
  3. Prepare as taste Salt
  4. Make ready 1 tsp roasted Cumin Powder
  5. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. Prepare 2 tsp curd
  7. Get 1 tsp grated Ginger
  8. Get 1 tsp black pepper powder
  9. Take 3 tsp Pudina paste
  10. Get as required Oil for trying

Add the fresh pudina leaves to the grounded dal mixture. Heat the oil under medium flame. When its heated, fry the vadas till they become golden brown on medium flame. Complete the process for the remaining vada batter and enjoy the crispy, mint flavoured vadas..

Steps to make Pudina Vada:
  1. Make a smooth paste of urad daal. Add curd, salt,hing, black pepper, red chilli powder. Mix it for 10 minutes. Heat oil in pan and make vadas in Oil. Fry it.
  2. Now, take 1 litre water in a bowl. Add cumin powder, salt, lemon juice, red chilli powder, pudina paste. Mix well. Deep vadas in pudina water and keep in freeze for an hour. It's ready to serve.

When its heated, fry the vadas till they become golden brown on medium flame. Complete the process for the remaining vada batter and enjoy the crispy, mint flavoured vadas.. One such evening snack we can have with our without our chai is a sabudana vada. A deep-fried snack made with tapioca pearls and spices. The crunchy and firm vada makes an excellent pair with tamarind or pudina chutney.
