  3. Now add rice again saute,then add chopped pudina some salt and saute for 2,3min now add water according to our rice cover it on medium flame for 10 more min
  4. When rice is almost cooked off the flame and cover the pan for 5more min,now our mint rice is ready to serve
  5. Garnish with some mint and pour little ghee on it
