  1. Heat a pan. Add oil and roast urad dhal and red chillies.

  3. Add leaves and turn off the stove. Leaves gets sautés with the heat on the pan. Then add coconut and tamarind.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool and transfer to a blender.
  5. Add salt and water and grind it coarsely.
