Keep the stove in low flame. Close the lid and open after some time. Mix it well, turn off the stove. Let it cool for some time.
  3. Grind it.
  4. Again take the same pan and add oil, once the oil heats, add mustard and cumin seeds, once it starts to crackle add chenna Dal, once it is getting brown, turn off the stove.
  5. Add grinded pudina into it. Mix it well
  6. Add boiled rice into it. Mix it well.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
