  2. Take a cooker, add oil and ghee then add mustard seeds, saunf, cinnamon sticks, chopped carrots, beans, potatoes, peas,and add the grounded paste and saute them.
  3. Wash the rice and drain the excess of water and transfer it to the cooker and saute it, now add garam masala,dhaniya powder, salt and add the required amount of water.
  4. Allow the rice to cook until it blows three to four whistles Now the pudina pulao is ready to serve.
