  2. Take 1 bunch pudina

  8. Make ready 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  9. Prepare 1/4 tsp Black pepper

  11. Get 2 tbsp water

The process is the same but to ensure the curd is set well, I add an extra quarter tsp of curd to every half cup milk. This method of setting curd in individual bowls is preferred by many as scooping out little curd every time from a large bowl disturbs the entire bowl and leaving behind lot of whey. Instructions to make Curd & Pudina Raita:
  1. Wash, peel and chop pudina, ginger, green chilli.
  2. Grind in a mixer to a smooth paste. Transfer it in a serving bowl.
  3. Now beat curd thoroughly. Add 1 tsp sugar and beat with the help of whisker. Add 2-3 tb sp of pudina paste with all the dry masala and mix well.
  4. Add boondi and serve.
