  1. Peel the potatoes and soak them in water. Cut them into chunks.
  2. Wash the mint leaves.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and pour in half teaspoon of jeera and let it crackle. Then add some salt and one teaspoon of turmeric into that.
  4. Put in the potato chunks and saute for some time, cover and cook on low flame.
  5. Add half teaspoon of red chilli powder into the pan and toss the potatoes properly.
  6. Then add in the mint leaves and toss it again for some time as the leaves get softer pour in the juice of half a lemon.
  7. Garnish it with mint leaves and a piece of lemon on top and serve it hot with chapati.
