  1. In a bowl add fresh pineapple juice, Pudina juice and cold water.Then mix all the ingredients one by one and mix well.
  2. Now take a black coil and burn it on gas burner.After burning the coil add one pinch hing and butter over it for smoking(for smoking flavoured drink) and place it on the pot.
  3. Garnish this with some mint leaves and pineapple flower pieces and ice cubes (here I Made KAANJi ice use KAANJi water). Sprinkle some boondi,whole red chilli. Serve it chilled.
