  2. Preheat smoker to 235 degrees.

  4. Place pouch back into 235 degree smoker, smoke another 2 hours.
  5. Remove ribs from pouch, discard pouch and liquid. Coat ribs again with BBQ sauce, place back into 245 degree smoker, smoke another 2 hours.
  6. Remove ribs, let sit 20 minutes. Cut ribs into singles. Serve with baked potato, baked beans and salad. Or whatever you prefer.
